Email Strategy Freelancer is responsible for assisting the corporate email strategy & roadmap for multiple brands within the Conde Nast portfolio.
The primary goals for this role include growing loyalty/engagement, email traffic, subscriber base, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Pull monthly ad-hoc reporting for brands in lieu of monthly syncs
Pull A/B testing results
Help with tentpole metrics (recommendations + post-analysis)
Help with tentpole decks
Coordinate and submit NL Ops tasks + requests
Help QA sign-up pages/LO flows/email campaigns
Quarterly Two-Sheeters
Help pull global metrics for performance + acquisition
Team Newsletter metrics + copy
Coordinate + input brand updates for ADS Weekly
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in email strategy, with both content-based email for publishers, and promotion-based email for marketers.
Understanding of email execution concepts and metrics; deliverability; best practices.
Understanding of data management and data exchange concepts.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
HTML coding experience preferred, particularly for email.
Highly organized, and able to balance a multitude of ongoing projects and initiatives across brands.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of seeking out and building the necessary relationships throughout the organization in order to achieve success.
Highly analytical and capable of deriving meaning from data through testing and optimization.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
